First, thank you for ordering from D3 Products! If you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us, so we would like to thank you for being our customer! We promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience. That said, here are some things you might want to know...
To help us process your return as quickly as possible please follow our 2-step process:
Please contact us via our website at disneyshelf.com to let us know to expect your return (include your name, your order number and the email associated with your order along with the reason and details for the return. For damaged packages, product or faulty components, we ask that you please reply with a photograph(s) of the damage to help us expedite your refund or exchange.
- Upon your request, we will send you return information and provide you with the return address to attach to the parcel and take to your nearest Post Office.
30-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE PERIOD
Returns, refunds & exchanges are accepted within 30-days from the original order date. Any purchases made in the month of December receive an extended return period through January 15th if needed to accommodate gift-givers during the Holidays!
MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED TO THE PLACE OF PURCHASE
As each retailer that carries our product will have their own return policy, we can only honor purchases made through our online ecommerce system. Online merchandise purchased through our site may not be returned or exchanged at any of the retail stores that carry our product. Similarly, merchandise purchased at any of the retail stores that carry our product may not be returned or exchanged online with Smart Shelf.
REFUNDS FOR UNOPENED RETURNED ITEMS
Returned items for refund must be unopened/unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Your refund (less initial delivery cost) will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible after receiving the returned items. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be available as credit and for it appear on your credit card account statement. Smart Shelf will send you an email as confirmation of the refund having been applied to your account.
RETURNED OPENED ITEMS
*Please note that the return policy on open box products differs from new unopened/unused products. Defective or damaged open box products are eligible for exchange or replacement. If you would like to return a non-defective open box item, you are responsible for return shipping. You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
DAMAGED ITEMS RECEIVED UPON SHIPMENT
For items damaged upon shipping a replacement product will be replaced at no cost.
To cancel an order, please contact us via our website at disneyshelf.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment.
You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment and receive a full refund. Once the item has shipped, we can only refund the purchase price less the delivery charges.
